❖ Late arrival to activities: It is the client's responsibility to show up punctually to the scheduled activities. In case of delay, the activity will be considered cancelled without the right to a refund.

❖Official schedules and changes outside of hours: The activities will take place according to the established official schedules. If the client wishes to make changes or schedule activities outside of official hours, this may be done at an additional charge, subject to availability. It is recommended to consult beforehand to manage the necessary adjustments.

❖Confirmation voucher: Once the booking is reconfirmed, TGTE will provide the final itinerary along with the confirmation of all the services included in the trip. Throughout the route, the customer must have in paper or digital format the confirmation of all the services provided by TGTE to present in the establishments.

❖TGTE reserves the right to modify, change activities, schedules and order of the event without prior notice to guarantee the quality of the tour, with customers being informed prior to departure of the trip.

❖The published prices are subject to possible variations due to causes beyond our organization, derived from factors such as occupancy, limited availability of certain services or modifications in the conditions of the suppliers (release). Rates and places will be reconfirmed at the time of booking to guarantee availability and the final price. In case of disagreement with the price, the client may cancel the reservation within 48 hours of confirmation free of charge, with the deposit paid up to 15 days before the client's departure being refunded.
